Artwork review is easier when the file, intended placement, and brand requirements are submitted together. The product page or quote determines which file requirements apply to a specific project.

## Start with the best available source file

Vector formats are generally preferred for logos because they can be resized without losing edge quality. If a vector file is not available, provide the highest-resolution original rather than an image copied from a website or presentation.

## Identify color requirements

- Include approved brand color references when color accuracy matters.
- Explain whether the reference is a spot color, CMYK build, or visual guide.
- Expect differences between backlit screens, office printers, proofs, materials, and production methods.

## Mark placement and size

State the preferred decoration area and approximate size. A sketch, annotated photo, or prior product can clarify intent, but final feasibility depends on the printable area and production method.

## Consolidate revision notes

Keep revision instructions in one current list and identify the file version being discussed. Production should begin only after the applicable proof or artwork approval step has been completed under the quote terms.
