This document describes the intended LogoPress website, inquiry, quotation, and project terms. Business and legal approval is required before production use.

Use the website for lawful business purposes and provide accurate information when creating an account, contacting LogoPress, or submitting an inquiry. Access may be limited when activity threatens security, availability, other users, or legal compliance.

Product images, colors, dimensions, specifications, availability, quantity tiers, lead-time guidance, and digital previews support early planning. Screens, materials, manufacturing tolerances, and project-specific options can affect the finished result. A formal quotation takes priority over website guidance for the confirmed project.

Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or create a purchase obligation. A formal quotation may identify the product, configuration, quantity, services, price, taxes, freight, delivery conditions, validity period, and other project requirements. A binding commitment arises only through the acceptance method and conditions stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.

The customer must have the rights needed to provide and use all logos, artwork, text, trademarks, photographs, instructions, and other files supplied for a project. LogoPress may decline material that appears unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or technically unsuitable. The customer remains responsible for reviewing spelling, content, ownership, and required permissions.

Artwork review, virtual proofs, samples, and production proofs are available only where confirmed for the project. Customer approval confirms the reviewed content, placement, and stated specifications. Changes after approval may affect pricing, timing, or feasibility.

Samples may differ from final production in color, material, decoration, packaging, or manufacturing batch. Any sample scope, charge, delivery, and approval effect is confirmed for the project.

Payment method, schedule, credit terms, production start, cancellation conditions, and charges are defined in the formal quotation or related agreement. Production should not be assumed to begin from an inquiry, website interaction, or unconfirmed file upload.

Requested dates describe the customer requirement. Production timing, transportation, destination information, taxes, duties, inspection, and the confirmed delivery commitment follow the applicable quotation and Delivery Terms.

Custom and made-to-order products require project-specific review. Report a concern promptly with the inquiry or quotation reference, quantities affected, a clear description, and supporting photographs or files. Available remedies depend on the confirmed terms, evidence, product condition, and applicable law.

Production or delivery may be affected by events outside a party's reasonable control. The applicable quotation or agreement should describe notice, mitigation, revised timing, and any right to suspend or end the affected commitment.

Any warranty, limitation of liability, governing law, dispute process, and mandatory consumer or business rights must be stated in the approved production version or applicable agreement. This development preview does not create or limit legal rights.
