Delivery terms

This document describes the intended delivery workflow. Business and legal approval is required before production use.

These Delivery Terms explain how requested dates, production timing, transportation, destinations, and delivery issues are handled for an inquiry-first custom product workflow.

A requested delivery date describes the project requirement and is not a delivery guarantee. Availability, artwork approval, production readiness, quantity, transportation, destination, and other project conditions are reviewed before a commitment is confirmed in writing.

The customer must provide an accurate delivery name, address, contact, access instructions, destination requirements, and any information needed for customs or delivery. Changes or incomplete information can affect timing and cost.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, brokerage, insurance, special handling, and destination-specific fees are confirmed in the formal quotation or other written project terms. Catalog prices should not be assumed to include these amounts.

Production time and transportation time are separate. A dispatch estimate does not itself confirm an arrival date. Partial shipments, expedited options, routing, carriers, and delivery services apply only when confirmed for the project.

Inspect packages and products promptly. Report visible damage, shortages, incorrect items, or other concerns with the project reference, quantities affected, packaging condition, photographs, and available delivery records.

Weather, transportation disruption, customs, supply interruption, government action, labor events, and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect timing. LogoPress will use the confirmed communication route for material project updates when information is available.
